Case Study: NCFE
19 Feb 2018
In the latest in our new series of customer case studies, we asked NCFE what they thought of working with Advanced Secure Technologies to produce their awarding documentation.
“During a very busy time for NCFE, we started working with Advanced Secure Technologies to install and upgrade Digital Certificates and eModule. This included merging the existing CACHE system with NCFEs.
Our aim was to streamline both the CACHE and NCFE brand certificate templates, we reviewed over 200 templates and identified our bespoke requirements. Advanced Secure Technologies were on hand during the initial requirements stage and continually over a 6 month period to help us when we needed support. We remained in contact using several methods of communications including phone, email, webinars and face to face meetings.
The Zendesk support was also extremely helpful, we received a high level of service in a timely manner to enable us to meet our deadlines.
We have built a great relationship with various colleagues at Advanced Secure, Dave Harvey was our dedicated point of contact and his help and support was invaluable. Since the project went live Dave has continued to offer his support, his knowledge of their systems and processes is extensive and has helped resolve a number of complex queries.
We have also been invited to User Group events which have allowed us to meet other customers of Advanced Secure Technologies. This was really useful as it allowed us to understand how other businesses work with Advanced Secure and produce certificates. We were also informed about upcoming projects and developments to Advanced Secure’s systems, which will help us adapt and improve our service for the future.”
