1st 4 Sport | Case Study

What was 1st 4 Sport’s position before adopting our secure technology and papers?

“Before adopting the advanced secure technology and paper, we had a very time-consuming process of mail merging data manually into word templates and printing to our main office printer. There was potential for human error with our previous manual processes, and we needed to eliminate the risk involved in a complex process. We also had many different paper stocks due to the need to print the logos for the various National Governing Bodies of Sport we work in partnership with.”

What are the main benefits of adopting our secure solutions?

“The main benefit is that we feel confident that having secure technology and paper means they are not able to be fraudulently copied or replicated and that our organisation and learners are protected. Another benefit is that we have a small number of different certificate stocks but the ability to manage the content of the print through multiple certificate templates in the background of the system.”

How does issuing secure documents benefit 1st 4 Sport?

“Having the ability to print secure certificates and also issue secure digital certificates is something our learners really appreciate. They have instant access to their documents; they can share their achievements with employers and order replacement copies if required. In general, the system has improved our security and increased the team’s overall efficiency with reduced certification timescales.”
