All products will be delivered within 21 days from the receipt of the order. If 21 days have passed and the product has not been delivered, please call us at +44 (0) 29 2077 6800 and quote your order number, product and date of order.

All products will be dispatched using a trackable signed for service by UPS.

Order Tracking is available by calling +44 (0) 29 2077 6800 and quoting your order number, product and order date. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

To cancel an order, Advanced Secure Technologies Ltd must be notified within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancelled orders will be refunded within 7 days. Please see the Refund Policy below.

In the event of a product being damaged in delivery, please contact us or call +44 (0) 29 2077 6800 with the order number and condition of the product within 24 hours of receipt. Upon contacting us you will receive an authorization number for returns. Unauthorised returns may be refused or disregarded.

Damaged or defective items must be returned to the address below, securely packaged and wrapped, along with the returns authorization number. The product will be examined and tested after it has been received.

The postage of the return of faulty items will be reimbursed, up to the value of the original delivery charge. If an exchange is required on the damaged or defective item, you will not be charged again for delivery.

If we find the defect described, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item. Otherwise, the original item may be shipped back to you.

Goods returned for any other reason must be in pristine condition with labels attached and all original packing intact. In order to return goods, you must first contact us with the order number and return the goods within 7 working days from receipt of goods.

Advanced Secure Technologies Ltd will refund the purchased price of the item(s) excluding postage and packaging costs.

Advanced Secure Technologies Ltd reserves the right not to refund item(s) that are not returned in a re-saleable condition.

The postage of the return of faulty items will be reimbursed, up to the value of the original delivery charge. If an exchange is required on the damaged or defective item, you will not be charged again for delivery.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund/replace any product that is personalised with the customer’s details unless faulty – please ensure details are correct before proceeding with the order.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us by post, in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all labelling tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Advanced Secure Technologies Ltd will refund the purchased price of the item(s) excluding postage and packaging costs.

Advanced Secure Technologies Ltd reserves the right not to refund item(s) that are not returned in a re-saleable condition.

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund/replace any product that is personalised with the customer’s details unless faulty – please ensure details are correct before proceeding with the order.
